JustDrink is offered by Per Programming. For privacy questions or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object, email apps@per-programming.com. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Data on your device
JustDrink works without an account. Player names, language and category preferences, active game sessions, personal cards, and a limited Premium status are stored locally. Player names, sessions, and personal card text are not sent to Per Programming, Supabase, PostHog, or RevenueCat.
You can delete local data through the app, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app, subject to any device backups.
Online services
Supabase delivers published card content and receives technical connection data, but no player names or personal card text.
Only after you consent, PostHog Cloud EU processes a pseudonymous identifier, fixed usage events, fixed category IDs, app and device data, and technical crash information for product analytics and troubleshooting. We do not use account identification, advertising IDs, session replay, screen recordings, console content, or card text. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings; new collection then stops.
RevenueCat and Google Play or the Apple App Store process a pseudonymous app user ID and app, device, product, purchase, and subscription data to offer, verify, and restore Premium. This processing is necessary to perform the purchase or restore action you choose. In Settings, you can reveal your RevenueCat support code and include it in a privacy request.
Sharing, transfers and retention
We use these parties as service providers for the stated purposes and do not sell personal data. Data may be processed outside the EEA using applicable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Local data remains until you delete it. We retain analytics and crash data for no more than 24 months. Purchase data follows legal obligations and the retention practices of RevenueCat and the app stores; deletion requests are assessed and completed where legally and technically possible.
Security and age
We minimise collection, use encrypted connections, and restrict administrator access. No measure eliminates every risk.
Because JustDrink refers to alcohol, it is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We update this policy and the effective date when the app or law changes.
