Who is responsible?

JustDrink is offered under the name Per Programming. For privacy questions or requests, contact apps@per-programming.com.

Data on your device

Player names, language and category preferences, active game sessions, and personal cards are stored locally on your device. Personal cards are not sent to Per Programming, Supabase, PostHog, or RevenueCat.

You can delete this data through the app, by clearing its storage, or by uninstalling the app. Data removed with the app cannot automatically be restored.

Online processing

The app uses the internet for new central card content, consent-based product analytics and crash reporting, and Premium subscriptions. This may involve technical network and device data required to provide the connection and service.

• Supabase delivers published card content and manages a pseudonymous account, activation status, and an optional deliberately linked email address for friend codes. You do not need to register or sign in. At startup, the app automatically creates an anonymous Supabase account to check promo-code access, also without analytics consent. Its session is stored locally. Supabase processes a pseudonymous account ID and any promo-code activations and Premium access. Entered codes are transmitted over an encrypted connection; the database stores a hash and the last four characters. An administrator may bind a code to a deliberately supplied email address; the mobile app does not ask for an email address. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account. For access or deletion, email apps@per-programming.com; additional information may be needed to locate your data securely. Player names and personal card text are not uploaded.
• PostHog Cloud EU: only with your consent, processes a pseudonymous identifier, predefined usage events, selected predefined category IDs, app and device data, and technical crash information. We do not use identify calls, session replay, screen recordings, console content, advertising IDs or card text. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings; new collection then stops.
• RevenueCat and Google Play or Apple App Store: process a pseudonymous app user ID, app and device information, and purchase and subscription status to provide and restore Premium access.

Purposes and legal bases

We process technical data needed to provide the app in order to perform the service. RevenueCat and store processing is necessary to perform a purchase or restore action you choose. PostHog product analytics and crash reporting start only with your consent.

Sharing and transfers

Data is shared only with the service providers named above for their described role. They may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Google and Apple also process purchases under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Local data remains until you delete it. We retain analytics and crash data for no more than 24 months unless a shorter period is configured or longer retention is required for security or by law. Purchase data is retained according to legal obligations and the retention practices of RevenueCat and the app stores.

We minimise data, use encrypted connections, and restrict access to administrators who need it for their role. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email apps@per-programming.com. For purchase data, you can deliberately reveal your RevenueCat support code in Settings and include it in your request. Because JustDrink uses an anonymous technical account and analytics is pseudonymous, we can locate other data only when you provide sufficient technical information. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

Age and changes

JustDrink is not directed at children. Because its content refers to alcohol, the app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We may update this policy when the app or law changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
